Service Availability
Our services are offered exclusively within The Bronx and Manhattan. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside of these areas. However, we can help find an alternative service provider close to these areas if needed.
Bookings and Payments
By booking our services, you agree to pay the quoted rate for the selected service. A 25% cash deposit is required upfront to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due in cash upon completion of the job. Payment is due in full at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We currently accept cash payments only. All payments must be made in full unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a service, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee. If we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and either reschedule at your convenience or refund your deposit.
Access to Premises
You are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and secure access to your property. Please ensure any keys, access codes, or entry instructions provided are accurate and current. For safety and efficiency, we do not perform services while clients or pets are present in the service area. Please make appropriate arrangements to ensure the space is clear during your scheduled appointment.
Insurance and Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of property during our cleaning services. We recommend that you secure or move any valuable or fragile items before our arrival. If you have specific concerns regarding certain items or areas, please contact us in advance so we can better understand and accommodate your needs
Privacy Policy
We prioritize your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As part of our commitment to showcasing the quality of our work, we may take before and after photos of the areas we service. These photos may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media platforms. If you prefer that we do not take such photos, please let us know in advance, and we will respect your wishes.
Health and Safety
Our team follows health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for both our staff and clients.
